An anomalous formation resembling a jelly-like blob of slime. Although the artifact constantly produces new “droplets” that make up its mass, its volume does not decrease. Scientists explain this phenomenon by the artifact’s unusual ability to condense water from the air and attract heavier particles in the atmosphere, allowing the substance to form. The droplets themselves disappear half a second after coming into contact with a surface. Attempts to catch and hold even a single droplet have been unsuccessful.
